Payment Terms
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is settled. Refunds are offered only under specific circumstances outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Poopy Dog Pals reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will revisit your property to address any concerns at no additional cost.
Liability
Poopy Dog Pals is not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hazards, or improperly maintained areas. Additionally, we are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from interactions with your pets during service.
